At The Uncharted Co., every service and digital product is created with care and intention. Because each reading and ritual is uniquely tailored, all sales are considered final once the service or digital delivery has begun.
Still, life happens and fairness matters. The following outlines how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled.
1. Service Readings & Rituals
✦ Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by contacting bookings@theunchartedco.studio.
If you cancel within this window, you may reschedule or request a credit toward a future session.
✦ Late Cancellations or No-Shows
If a session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the reader’s discretion.
✦ Refunds for Services
Because tarot readings, rituals, and reflection sessions are customized and time-based, refunds are not available once a session has begun or a reading has been delivered.
If technical issues, illness, or unforeseen circumstances prevent a reading from being completed, a reschedule or full refund will be offered.
2. Digital Goods
For downloadable or custom digital items (such as PDFs, rituals, or guides), please see our Digital Goods Policy for detailed terms.
In short:

Once accessed or downloaded, digital goods are non-refundable.

If a technical error or duplicate purchase occurs, contact us within 7 days for correction or refund.
3. Technical & Platform Errors
If your booking or payment fails due to a system error or duplicate charge, please email support@theunchartedco.studio with your confirmation number.
We’ll review and resolve the issue promptly - typically within 3–5 business days.
4. Reader Cancellations
If The Uncharted Co. needs to cancel or reschedule your session (due to unforeseen circumstances), you’ll be offered the choice of:

Rescheduling at your earliest convenience, or

Receiving a full refund.
5. Gift Certificates & Credits
Gift certificates, session credits, or promotional offers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another recipient with written approval.
