At The Uncharted Co., every reading is guided by respect, transparency, and care. This Code of Conduct outlines the values, boundaries, and responsibilities that shape every client interaction.
This isn’t just a policy, it’s a promise.
1. Respect & Inclusivity
Everyone is welcome here.
The Uncharted Co. does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, identity, orientation, age, ability, or background.
Every session is held in a space of empathy, non-judgment, and mutual respect.
2. Confidentiality & Trust
All personal details, discussions, and reading content are kept strictly confidential unless required by law or with your written consent.
Your story remains your own.
3. Empowerment, Not Prediction
Tarot is a tool for reflection, not a method for absolute prediction or control.
I do not claim to foresee the future or determine anyone’s fate.
Instead, readings explore your present energy, patterns, and potential paths so that you can make grounded, informed choices.
4. Personal Responsibility & Free Will
You remain the ultimate decision-maker in your life.
The insights shared in a reading are intended to support, not replace, your own judgment.
Your free will is always honored.
5. Scope of Practice
Tarot readings are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
If a question or issue falls outside my professional scope, I will recommend seeking appropriate guidance.
6. Integrity & Professional Standards
As a member in training with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) and a student of the Biddy Tarot Certification Program, I commit to maintaining ethical excellence in all aspects of my work.
This includes honest representation of my qualifications, continued education, and adherence to IICT’s Code of Ethics.
7. Boundaries & Conduct
Respect is mutual.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if a client’s behavior becomes disrespectful, harmful, or violates personal or energetic boundaries.
Likewise, I honor your boundaries; consent and comfort are central to every interaction.
8. Inclusivity of Belief & Background
I recognize that everyone’s spiritual language is unique.
My role is not to convert or convince, but to hold space for your personal perspective and belief system.
9. Client Understanding & Consent
By booking a reading, clients acknowledge that:
• Tarot readings are for reflection and empowerment only.
• Outcomes are influenced by personal choices and free will.
• The content of a reading should not replace professional services in other fields.
10. Accountability & Continuous Growth
I view this work as a lifelong practice; one that evolves with every reading, study, and shared moment.
